The QR Code Reader for Web Addresses provides a straightforward method for quickly accessing web pages via QR codes. Upon launching the application, the device's camera activates automatically to scan QR codes and open the corresponding web pages. Users have the flexibility to customize URL modifications by adding specific strings to the scanned web addresses. Additionally, tapping the standby screen triggers the camera to scan QR codes and open web pages.

In the default configuration, with Share Off (initial setting), scanning a QR code results in directly opening the associated web page. When Share is enabled (Share On), scanning a QR code prompts the sharing sheet (activity view), allowing users to add the scanned URL to messages or other applications without automatically opening the web page.

The application supports customization through iTunes File Sharing, where specific files can be placed in the QRLauncher documents directory to modify its appearance and behavior:

• Background Image:
  • Filename: Background.png or Background.jpg
  • Defines the background image displayed within the app.
  • This is loaded with highest priority.
• Button URL Configuration:
  • Filename: ButtonUrl.txt
  • Defines labels and URLs for buttons within the app.
  • Must be created in UTF-8 format.
  • If this file exists, URL setup through other means is disabled.
  • This file is loaded with top priority.
